And while the left whines out another distraction about Taibbi catering to the richest man in the world.What did those files reveal about the inner workings of as Taibbi described a “ Frankensteinian tale of a human-built mechanism grown out the control of its designer.”?
By 2020, requests from the New World Order disciples to delete tweets were routine. One executive would write to another: “More to review from the Biden team.” The reply would come back: “Handled.”
Twitter was acting as a wrecking ball of political tech censorship catering to the corrupt NWO Washington establishment directly impacting and propagandizing the town square and general welfare of the United States whose life blood is protected by the power and freedom of the First Amendment.
Taibbi points out that “Both parties had access to these tools. For instance, in 2020, requests from both the Trump White House and the Biden campaign were received and honored. But the overwhelming amount of leftist Marxist cucks staffed at twitter ensured that Democrat Party requests took the front burner. A fact Backed up by the overall donations by Twitter to the Democrat Party reaching 99.73% or $165,969 to Democrats while $451 went to Republicans in 2022.
What does appear to be illegal to the point of treason is that a false narrative of possible foreign hacks being behind the Biden laptop debacle was manufactured by Silicon Valley, the media, and the DNC. According to internal emails, There was zero evidence of foreign interference occurring. What did occur was a meltdown of internal Twitter censorship spear headed by top Twitter management. Ultimately burying a story under false pretenses in order to sway popular opinion and alter the outcome of the 2020 Presidential election.
In retrospect we know that as the New York Post reported “Nearly four of five Americans who’ve been following the Hunter Biden laptop scandal believe that “truthful” coverage would have changed the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, according to a new poll.
A similar percentage also said they’re convinced that information on the computer is real, with just 11% saying they thought it was “created by Russia,” according to the survey conducted by the New Jersey-based Technometrica Institute of Policy and Politics.
And an even higher number — 81% — said US Attorney General Merrick Garland should appoint a special counsel to investigate matters related to the first son’s infamous laptop, the existence of which was exclusively revealed by The Post in October 2020.

In 2020, during the height of the covid fear, confusion and psychological operations, one company was utilizing their network and influence to steal your cell phone data in order to score you on your compliance to covid lockdown measures
PredictWise, a politically biased, Democrat backed company founded in 2017, openly claims on its website that it deployed its surveillance technology to turn “high-dimensional data covering over 100 million Americans into measures of adherence to Covid-19 restrictions during deep lockdown.”
Their technological capabilities are detailed in a white paper posted on their website that states that “predictwise data tracks the opinions, attitudes, and behaviors… of more than 260 million Americans through a mix of telemetry data… and survey data.”
In three separate use-case scenarios, PredictWise discusses how its cell phone surveillance technology primarily identifies and targets individuals that are most susceptible to progressive political messaging. Two of these cases involved a senate race in California and a supreme court justice seat in Ohio.
PredictWise claims that the Interventions they deployed were responsible for flipping these races from red to blue.
Predictwise’s client list includes The democrat party in Arizona, Florida, Ohio, North Dakota, South Carolina and many more.
Looking at the leadership team, you can also see a very strong influence towards progressive and globalist agendas.
Their team consists of Greg Beswick, PredictWise’s “Head of Politics” who has served as Executive Director of the Ohio Democratic Party.
Jeff Quinn, the Head of Technology and Data Infrastructure, who reportedly has “a deep desire for progressive change.”
One of the founders of PredictWise is Tobi Konitzer, who has had articles published in the New York Times and the Atlantic and formerly worked at Facebook. Tobias Konitzer had articles published about projects he was involved in. These articles were not authored by him.
The other founder is David Mayer de Rothschild of the Rothschild banking family, youngest son of Sir Evelyn de Rothschild. PredictWise’s about page states that David “focuses on solving the most relevant applied questions including: mapping and updating public opinion” David is also prominently featured as a member on The World Economic Forum website.
The primary sources of Data that PredictWise uses is location data, survey data and telemetry data, which PredictWise characterizes as “passively sourced cell-phone data along with what type of media people are consuming and voter registration data.
In their white paper, PredictWise names one of its sources of data, Crate&Barrel, an American based retail company, along with other “credit sources”
PredictWise claims they used two separate categories to label people that they surveilled :
These two categories were
High levels of decree violations, which they noted as folks who were on the go more often than their neighbors, and
Low levels of decree violations, folks who mostly or always stayed at home
The white paper discusses how PredictWise targeted Republicans specifically who scored high or low on their measure of Covid-19 decree violations in the swing state of Ohio, and followed up by asking survey questions.
The language used in this use-case scenario is very noteworthy. It states:
“This measure derived from ground truth, real-time, ultra-granular location patterns that analyzed nearly 2 billion GPS pings for this study. PredictWise found that Republican non-movers’ (compliers) concern around Covid-19 and persuadability was almost as high as Democrats overall and Republican non-movers over the age of 65 were more concerned about Covid-19 than Democrats.”
This story was first reported by Tom parker at Reclaim The Net, which also contains links to several other articles they have written providing more information about this new wave of technological surveillance and privacy violations, including reporting on how “UK vaccine recipients were secretly surveilled”, how “Taiwan combined vaccine passports with digital ID numbers”, and how all of this “Covid surveillance tech remains open to exploitation”.
The implications of tech companies using our basic human activity data and weaponizing it against us in order to deliver targeted messaging to propagandize us and change our opinion is all the more reason for us to stay vigilant and continue to question everything.

MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT OF MOTION TO SET ASIDE VERDICT !
Defendants Alex Jones and Free Speech Systems, LLC, herewith move, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes section 52-228b and Practice Book Section 16-35, to set aside the verdict on grounds apparent in the record and on the basis of remittitur. A separate motion and brief are filed concurrently to address the remittitur claim. In short, the defendants contend that the cumulative weight of the court’s ruling on pre-trial motions and its evidentiary rulings resulted in a complete abdication of the trial court’s role in assuring a fair trial resulting in a substantial miscarriage of justice. Jurors were presented with half-truths and led to believe that facts had been established where no such thing had occurred; a disciplinary default for discovery non-compliance permitted the plaintiffs’ counsel to mislead the jury. Additionally, the amount of the compensatory damages award exceeds any rational relationship to the evidence offered at trial. The defendants seek a new trial. The verdict in the instant case is both unjust and against the weight of the evidence. I. Nature of the Proceedings On December 14, 2012, Adam Lanza murdered 20 school children and 6 adults at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. Five and one-half years later, the parents of several of the students killed, and the adult family members of several of the adults killed, together with an FBI officer who arrived at the scene shortly after the murders – some sixteen in all, sued Alex Jones and related defendants. In three-lengthy complaints, the plaintiffs raised a series of claims: defamation per se, negligent infliction of emotional distress, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false light breach of privacy, and a violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act. On the eve of trial, the plaintiffs dropped their claim of negligent infliction of emotional distress. The trial was limited to damages, as a result of a disciplinary default after repeated motions by the plaintiffs requesting such spanning several years. Despite the defendants having turned over tens of thousands of emails and documents, having employees sit through dozens of depositions, and responding to both written discovery requests and requests for admissions, the court entered a default, finding a willful failure to substantially comply with discovery obligations, The jury was left to decide damages alone. At trial, the court construed the default in such a manner as to eliminate any need for the plaintiffs to demonstrate that the harm they suffered was caused by Mr. Jones. The trial record is replete with claims of harassment that are unattributed to a declarant, lack any demonstrable nexus to the defendants and, in may instances, fail to meet even minimal indicia of reliability. One plaintiff, for example, reported hearing through a third party that some other person had urinated on the grave of their deceased child. This, too, without more, was attributed to the defendants. After several weeks of trial, the jury returned a unanimous verdict of approximately $1 billion. Pending before the Court are the matters of common law punitive damages in the amount of attorneys’ fees and costs, and punitive damages arising under CUTPA. A briefing schedule is in place to address these issues, dates set for evidentiary hearings, if such hearings are necessary, and an argument date of November 7 for unresolved questions. Presumably, judgment will enter shortly after argument.
